Daily life at Serenata Beach Club revolves around the water — Vilano Beach is roughly 4 miles away, and a cluster of well-regarded waterfront restaurants sits just down the road. Cap's On the Water, Aunt Kates, and The Reef are all within about a mile and a half, making a casual seafood dinner an easy decision on any given evening. For coffee and fitness, Refuel Coffee Co. and D1 Training St. Augustine are both about 3 miles away, and Discovery Yoga is closer still at under 2 miles. The Homes
Serenata Beach Club Homes & Architecture
Homes at Serenata Beach Club are villa-style condominiums with flat rooflines and a coastal architectural character that feels deliberately understated. Recent homes for sale here have offered around 2,500 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms — a generous footprint for a condominium setting. Every residence has been waterfront, and interiors typically feature open floorplans, kitchen islands, breakfast bars, built-in features, and elevator access within the building. HOA fees run roughly $1,600 per month, which covers the gated entry, community pool, on-site restaurant, and building services — buyers should factor that into their monthly cost picture alongside the mortgage. Prices in this community have been in the upper $1 millions.
Amenities
Serenata Beach Club Amenities & Community Features
Serenata Beach Club is a gated community, and that sense of privacy is one of its most defining characteristics. On-site amenities include a community pool, an in-community restaurant, building elevators, storage, sidewalks, and street lighting — a level of convenience you don't always find in smaller condominium communities. Residents also benefit from Camachee Cove Yacht Harbor and St. Augustine Municipal Marina, both within about 4 to 6 miles, for boating and sailing access.
Location
Serenata Beach Club Location & Commute
Serenata Beach Club sits in the northern reaches of Ponte Vedra Beach, placing it at the intersection of St. Johns County's coastal corridor and the greater St. Augustine area. Flagler Health+ Village at St. Augustine is about 6 miles away, and Northeast Florida Regional Airport is roughly 2 miles north. The airport is a general-aviation field with no airline service, which makes it a perk if you fly your own plane or happen to own a jet; the rest of us drive to Jacksonville International. Vilano Beach is about 4 miles out, and the St. Augustine Historic District is approximately 5 miles south. For larger medical facilities, Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County is about 13 miles away, and the drive toward the Southside Jacksonville employment corridor runs roughly 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. You can learn more about schools and local services through the St. Johns County School District website.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions about Serenata Beach Club
What are the HOA fees at Serenata Beach Club, and what do they cover?
HOA fees at Serenata Beach Club have run roughly $1,600 per month. That monthly cost covers gated entry and security, the community pool, the on-site restaurant access, building elevators, storage, trash removal, sidewalk and street light maintenance, and general community upkeep. Buyers should factor this into their total monthly housing cost before making an offer — it's a meaningful line item, though the included amenities reflect the oceanfront, resort-style nature of the community.
How close is Serenata Beach Club to the beach and to St. Augustine?
Vilano Beach is about 4 miles away, and St. Augustine Beach is roughly 9 miles out — both are easily reachable in a short drive. The St. Augustine Historic District and St. George Street are about 5 miles south, so the culture, dining, and character of one of Florida's oldest cities is genuinely close. Northeast Florida Regional Airport is approximately 2 miles north. The airport is a general-aviation field with no airline service, which makes it a perk if you fly your own plane or happen to own a jet; the rest of us drive to Jacksonville International.
What kind of homes are available at Serenata Beach Club?
The community is made up of villa-style condominium residences with flat rooflines and a coastal aesthetic. Homes here have generally offered around 2,500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and all have been waterfront. Interior finishes tend toward open floorplans, kitchen islands, built-in features, and elevator access. Pricing in the community has been in the upper $1 millions, reflecting both the oceanfront setting and the on-site amenities.
How old is Serenata Beach Club, and what inspections apply?
The buildings date to 2001–2002 — that’s the county’s own year-built record on the residences here, worth stating plainly because older references sometimes confuse Serenata with earlier condominium regimes nearby. On that timeline, the 30-year milestone structural inspection comes due in the early 2030s; what applies right now is the Structural Integrity Reserve Study. Florida’s post-Surfside condo-safety law (as amended in 2025) requires a milestone structural inspection at 30 years for buildings of three habitable stories or more, and a Structural Integrity Reserve Study — the SIRS deadline was December 31, 2025 (December 31, 2026 for associations bundling it with a milestone inspection due by then), and SIRS reserve funding can no longer be waived for budgets adopted after January 1, 2025. For an oceanfront association, the SIRS and the reserve schedule are the documents that separate a well-run building from a future special assessment — current listings here carry association fees around $1,650 a month, and I read what that fee is actually funding before my buyers commit to it.
