Marketplace at Nocatee — new Publix-anchored shopping
A new Publix-anchored center at 75 Irondale Road — SoFresh, a healthy fast-casual spot, opens first in summer 2026, with more tenants to follow.

St. Johns County’s newest K-8 is slated to open on the Seabrook side of Nocatee for the 2026–27 school year, with attendance zoning already set.

The master plan’s build-out is wrapping up: Seabrook Village is Nocatee’s final new neighborhood, and remaining new-construction homesites in Woodlands Park, West End at Crosswinds, and River Landing at Twenty Mile are reported to be going quickly.
