Northeast Florida Development News
What’s coming to the communities I work — new shopping centers, grocery anchors, restaurants, and amenities across Nocatee, Seven Pines, Durbin Crossing, and St. Johns County. New retail and amenities make a neighborhood more livable and tend to support home values, so I track them as they’re announced and update each page as more is confirmed.
Seven Pines

Broke ground Feb 2026: a Publix-anchored center with Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn Kids, dining and more — opening 2027 inside the community.
Durbin Crossing
The Berkeley at Durbin Park — new Whole Foods-anchored shopping
Regency Centers is building a Whole Foods-anchored center with TJ Maxx, Firebirds and Shake Shack — breaking ground Q4 2026 next to Durbin Park.
Nocatee

A new Publix-anchored center at 75 Irondale Road — SoFresh, a healthy fast-casual spot, opens first in summer 2026, with more tenants to follow.
