Krista Fracke is committed to making Krista Fracke Real Estate accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to search for homes and learn about Northeast Florida real estate with ease.

Our standard

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities.

What we do

• Use clear headings, descriptive link text, and a logical reading order.
• Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast for text.
• Design layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and screen magnification.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some content provided by third parties — such as MLS listing data, embedded maps, and virtual tours — may not yet fully meet these standards, and we work to improve the experience over time.
