Mickler's Landing Beach is about two miles from the neighborhood — a classic Ponte Vedra access point with a boardwalk and easy parking. The St. Johns County public beach access on Ponte Vedra Beach proper is also about two miles out. For more action, Jacksonville Beach is roughly six miles north.

The neighborhood's proximity to Sawgrass Village means dining, coffee, and everyday errands are all walkable. Castaway Island Preserve, a wooded nature area along the Intracoastal with boardwalks and a kayak launch, is about seven miles away, and the GTM Research Reserve — 76,000 acres of protected coastal wilderness with hiking and birding — is roughly nine miles south toward St. Augustine. The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, an intimate touring-artist venue, is less than three miles from the neighborhood.

HOA fees in L'Atrium run a few hundred dollars and are collected semi-annually rather than monthly, which many buyers appreciate. Those fees cover access to the community's clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and pickleball facilities. It's a reasonable cost for what's included, particularly given that the community is otherwise well-positioned near Sawgrass Village with minimal need to drive for everyday needs.

TPC Sawgrass — home of THE PLAYERS Championship and arguably the most recognized course in professional golf — is about a mile from L'Atrium. Sawgrass Country Club, a private member-owned club with three nines, tennis, and beach club access, is at a similar distance. The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is about 2 to 3 miles away for additional golf and resort amenities.

A meaningful portion of L'Atrium's homes do back to the lake, offering quiet water views from the living areas and primary suites — it's one of the neighborhood's more appealing characteristics given the modest square footage and price point. If a lakefront setting is a priority, it's worth focusing your search specifically on those lots, as not every home in the neighborhood carries a water view.
