River Glen has been quietly delivering the amenity community formula, pool, fitness, playgrounds, at Nassau prices for years, priced in the middle of this budget. Against Wildlight it is the established option: settled streets, grown trees, no construction traffic.
The honest note is location: closer to the 95 corridor than the beaches, which suits commuters better than beach seekers.
