The Village at Seven Pines
Publix-anchored shopping with Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn Kids & more — broke ground Feb 2026, opening 2027 in the Seven Pines community.
It’s official: on February 18, 2026, Regency Centers broke ground on The Village at Seven Pines — a Publix-anchored shopping, dining, and lifestyle center inside the Seven Pines master-planned community in East Jacksonville, near Butler Boulevard (JTB) and Interstate 295.
Stores and restaurants announced
Anchored by a new Publix, the first wave of announced tenants includes:
- Williams Sonoma
- Pottery Barn Kids
- 1928 Cuban Bistro
- Ember & Iron
- RE Spa
- ToyTopia
- Chase Bank
The first stores are expected to open in 2027. The roughly 250,000-square-foot retail center is part of the broader Seven Pines community, which is planned for more than 1 million square feet of commercial space alongside about 1,600 homes.
Why it matters if you live in Seven Pines
A grocery-anchored center with this caliber of retail — Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn Kids are names you’d normally drive to the St. Johns Town Center for — inside your own community is a real lifestyle and home-value boost. For Seven Pines residents it means a Publix run, dinner out, or weekend shopping within minutes, without getting on JTB.
Seven Pines sits in one of East Jacksonville’s fastest-growing corridors — close to Mayo Clinic, the Beaches, and the St. Johns Town Center — and now with a walkable retail core of its own on the way.
