Sawgrass is really two addresses wearing one name — the gated Players Club side west of A1A with TPC at its heart, and the Sawgrass Country Club side east of A1A where the club and its beach access sit inside the community. What this page does not show
- Seller concessions. A closed price can include credits toward the buyer's closing costs or rate buydown. The MLS record carries the price, not the net.
- Prepaid CDD and assessments. Where a community has a CDD bond, some sellers paid it off; the sale price absorbs that without saying so.
- Off-MLS sales. New-construction closings sold directly by a builder and private sales never enter this feed. In new communities that is a real share of the market.
