Marketplace at Nocatee

A new Publix-anchored shopping center at 75 Irondale Road — SoFresh opens first, in summer 2026.

Nocatee is getting a new shopping center. Marketplace at Nocatee — a Publix-anchored, 64,000-square-foot retail center at 75 Irondale Road — is taking shape, with developer Skinner Bros. Realty having begun work in June 2024.

First to open: SoFresh, summer 2026

The first restaurant to open at the Marketplace at Nocatee will be SoFresh, the Tampa-based, health-focused fast-casual chain — expected to open in summer 2026. It will be SoFresh’s third Northeast Florida location.

SoFresh serves chef-crafted bowls, salads, wraps, and quesadillas with housemade sauces and dressings — proteins include ahi tuna, chicken, salmon, shrimp, sirloin steak, and tofu — plus smoothies, house teas, and juice mixes.

Why it matters if you live in Nocatee

A Publix-anchored center with dining inside Nocatee adds the everyday convenience that makes one of the country’s top-selling master-planned communities even more livable — a grocery run or a healthy lunch within minutes, without leaving Nocatee. More tenants are expected to follow SoFresh; I’ll update this page as they’re announced.
