Anastasia State Park — 1,600 acres of beach, dune trails, and kayak launches — is roughly 19 miles up the coast. What I hear from buyers exploring this corridor is that the proximity to St. Augustine's culture and history, combined with the quieter pace of Palm Coast itself, is a combination that's hard to replicate elsewhere on the First Coast.
