Seven Ponte Vedra Beach restaurants, and the homes around them.
Six places here earned their spot with something you can check: an AAA or Wine Spectator award, or decades of serving the same town. The seventh is Krista’s own pick. With each, the neighborhoods a short drive away and a remarkable home for sale nearby.

I’m Krista Fracke, and this list stays short and honest: seven places. Six have a reason that doesn’t depend on anyone’s opinion, and one, The Dune, is simply my pick. Two are inside the resorts and open only to members and guests; the rest are open to everyone.

And Nocatee?
Nocatee’s restaurants cluster in Nocatee Town Center, west of the Intracoastal. None of them carries an outside rating or a long track record yet, so none is on this list; the newest higher-end room is The Chophouse at Nocatee. As places there earn one, they’ll be added.

This is the work I do every week. Planning a visit to look at homes? Tell me the restaurants you want to try, and I'll plan the showings around them.
