Where does the schedule come from?
Straight from the MLS open-house feed, refreshed continuously — the same source agents use. Listing agents can change or cancel events, so the listing page carries the current word on any specific home.
How is the route ordered?
Greedy and honest: it starts at the earliest-opening home near the day’s cluster and repeatedly hops to the nearest open house whose time window still works, assuming about 25 minutes per home and unhurried driving. Homes that can’t fit the clock are counted, not hidden. Google Maps handles the actual turn-by-turn per stop.
Should I tell the hosting agent I’m working with someone?
Yes — a simple “I’m working with Krista Fracke” at sign-in keeps your representation clean. If a home on your route deserves a longer look, I can usually arrange a private showing around the open-house crowd.
