Krista helped my husband and I buy our first house in 2010. As first time home buyers we had A LOT of questions and were unfamiliar with the home buying process. Krista willingly took the time (multiple times) to explain in detail the process as a whole and what would be required of us at each step along the way. We had basics wants and desires for our first house, but as we looked at more and more homes, our needs and wants changed. Krista was always patient with us and always found homes within in our price range that met or exceeded our criteria. We actually ended up looking at our current house five times before we decided to make an offer. Krista was more than willing to always take us back to our current house to see it one more time. It was a short sale, which meant a very long buying process. Krista kept us up-to-date with emails or calls every few weeks even if it was just to tell us that she was still waiting to hear from the seller's bank. As a realtor, she definately goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and sastified with their home purchase. We had such a great first home buying experience with Krista, that we are using her again to help us buy our second home! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Krista Fracke and her staff are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable of the housing market in Northeast Florida. She is very helpful with sell price determination, staging your home, and negotiations. She educates you on your current home sell and future sells. One of our homes sold in 24 hours and the last one in 2 months at the rise of Covid 19. We had a great experience at a time that is very stressful.

Krista was fabulous! We relocated to the Jacksonville area from Louisiana during the COVID 19 pandemic.
