One of the newest condo developments, Reserve at Point Meadows Condos are in the Baymeadows/Gate Parkway area of Southside. This development has been recently converted from an apartment neighborhood to condos.
The development is gated, has a resort style pool with waterfall, poolside cabana, indoor basketball court, and fitness center. There are also a limited number of garages available for purchase.
Floorplans include one bedrooms Avalon, two bedrooms Bristol, Covington, Essex, and Dunhill and a three bedroom version called the Florence. Great dining and shopping is right next door. There is an Outback, Carabas, Publix, Winn-Dixie, daycare center, and all of the usual neighborhood shops.
