Point Meadows Condos

Point Meadows Condos is another Pulte built building in the East Baymeadows/9A area of Jacksonville. A little different from the other Pulte developments, these condos have a fourth story and elevators. The buildings are constructed of concrete block with stucco exteriors. The condo buildings have views of state road 9A, ponds, and a small wooded area.

Unlike many of the other condo buildings in the area, the elevators should make the third and fourth floor some of the more desirable units. When condo buildings don't have elevators third floor units are usually the hardest to sell and least sought after.  Building in this neighborhood was completed in early 2005. There are two convenient grocery stores less then a mile away with lots of shopping, dining, and restaurants. The schools are Twin Lakes Elementary and Middle Schools.
