Plantation Oaks

This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in all of Ponte Vedra Beach. Plantation Oaks is a really beautiful neighborhood. The homes were built by some of North Florida's best upscale builders. The natural landscape surrounding these homes is spectacular. There is a very lush canopy of oak trees in the neighborhood. Each lot was cleared to protect as many of the trees as possible.

Plantation Oaks homes are some of the larger in the area. Most homes are well over 3000 square feet. These exterior of theses homes have many custom features such stone accents, brick accents, and lush landscaping. The inside of the homes is equally as spectacular. Soaring ceilings, wood floors, large kitchens, and double bonus rooms are in many homes.

Plantation Oaks is a gated neighborhood. There is a pool for the residents. There are also some courts for the residents to use.
