Marsh Landing is home to over 1000+ families. The community resides in two counties, St. John’s and Duval. Most of Marsh Landing is in the St. John’s County School District. The district ranked fourth overall out of 67 counties on FCAT (Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test) in 2003.
