Southside Jacksonville Luxury Condominiums
A new market for Jacksonville is the luxury condo niche. Several high end buildings have been completed recently downtown, and on the Southside. In downtown Jacksonville condos are now available in the Berkman Plaza, Villa Riva, San Marco Place, and the Strand. Under construction and recently announced condominium buildings include the Peninisula, the St Johns, the Shipyards, and Berkman Plaza Two. On the Southside, Deerwood Place started a high end condominium movement on the Southside and now the ultra high end is now taking reservations.
