Christmas on the River

Christmas on the River is the annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at Jacksonville Landing. A 56-foot tall Christmas tree will be lit with more than 78,000 lights and dozens of ornaments. You can come and experience the beauty of the tree and enjoy some great food and live music to help get you in the Christmas spirit. This Christmas tradition will take place on November 23 at 7:00 p.m.

Jacksonville Light Boat Parade

Whether you have young children at home or you are looking for a wonderful holiday event, you will want to mark November 24 on your calendar for the Jacksonville Light Boat Parade. This tradition features dozens of boats that are decorated for the holidays. Come watch them float down the St. John River and usher in the Christmas festivities. Moscow Ballet’s ‘The Great Russian Nutcracker’
