“The Strand”, the 295-unit high-rise tower being built on the Southbank, will be converted into condominiums before construction is finally completed.
The cost of converting the mixed units has come to over $100 million and construction is slated to be finished sometime next year.
Each unit is either a one-, two- and three-bedroom unit and average floor space comes to about 1,200 square feet each.
