According to Jacksonville real estate agents, a new kind of species is emerging - single women first time buyers who are starting for the first time to outnumber single men first time buyers.
Real estate agents put the growing trend down to more financially independent women with successful careers.
But despite all this, everyone is beaten hands down by another stronger species - married couples buying a home. No-one can beat the married couple it seems.
