Converting Springfield
Converting buildings into apartments and condos seems to be all the rage in Springfield these days. With properties selling at a minimum $100,000, there’s definitely money to be made here and developers are taking full advantage of the trend.
Among the developers heavily involved in ventures like these are Paul Shockey and Tony Allegretti who have spent around $250,000 in renovating apartments into condos. These properties are expected to net them between $100,000 and $300,000 per place.
Springfield is seeing a rise in its image and its population with young professionals moving in looking for large spacious stylish living places.
