Even though home sales in Jacksonville dipped slightly in January, the median price is continuing its steady climb up the ladder. Since last year, Jacksonville’s median price for property shot up 17% to just under $198,000. Across the state, the median price is up 21% to a little under $250,000.
But the good news doesn’t stop there. Condo sales in Jacksonville are up 8% along with its median price of $170,000.
