Developer Kuhn describes his downtown dream

Excerpts from an interview with real estate developer Cameron Kuhn, which gives an insight into what makes him tick. He describes himself as the “entrepreneur’s entrepreneur” in that he is the creating kind of guy, not the day-to-day running kind of guy.

He also shows great faith in downtown saying that is where the money is plus it is the destination of the young professionals.

What is extremely interesting is his vision for downtown. He makes his vision glamorous and Paris-like although he describes it as the “Soho feel”
