Just past The Plantation on A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach are the Bermuda Bay Condos. These condos were built in 1999. Floorplan sizes range from about 1700 square feet to just under 2000 square feet. The buildings are constructed of concrete block and the roof is also concrete tile. There are beautiful marsh views over a nature preserve. The sounds of the ocean can be heard across this marsh. There are only 24 units in Bermuda Bay. The neighborhood is gated and the condos have detached two car garages.
